#1 Question: What is your criteria for approval?

| Answer: Our criteria is fairly simple. We will not allow affiliates with porn sites. It\\\'s not that we object to anyone who is over 21 accessing that kind of material, but we feel it is not the type of energy our company wants to affiliate with.We also do not allow affiliates with sites that mislead the public, carry advertising content (or advertisers) that use malware, and we do not allow hacking sites (including classifications called: warez), malware sites, or anything that would harm or compromise a users PC.As long as your site is legitimate and does not contain that type of content, you will be approved. |
| #2 Question: Can we sell anything on your site? |
| Answer: Yes, you can! And we would be delighted if you did! Of course, you can\'t sell our logo, content, or design, but you can sell any product or course that\'s up for sale! |
| #3 Question: Can we sign up other affiliates? |
Answer: Yes you can! And you will also get a commission off their sales!
When you sign up an affiliate from your link, it will register with your affiliate tracking in your activity. Once they are approved and start selling, your portion of the sales will be tracked in your affiliate section also. |
| #4 Question: Do you allow affiliates from other countries? |
Answer: Yes we do! And since we pay through PayPal, we can pay you in your currency!
The only restrictions are companies or countries listed on the US Government banned list located here:

| #5 Question: Does MICE still donate 10% to charity from sales made by affiliates? |
Answer: Yes we do! A sale is a sale, whether it is made through an affiliate link or directly through the MICE website.

| #6 Question: When do we get paid? |
Answer: You get paid after the guarantee period expires for the product or service that was purchased.
Now, before you panic, that doesn\'t mean that you have to wait a year to get paid! However, there is a 30-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee for our products as well as the 30-day \"Unbelievable Guarantee\" on products that don\'t qualify for the DOA portion.
With electronic downloads, there is only a seven (7) day, \"Unbelievable Guarantee\" so, on those products, you would get paid at the next payout period.
For example, let us say you sold an electronic download on the first of the month and the payout is the fifteenth of every month. Then you would be paid for every downloaded product that was purchased from the 1st to through the 7th of that month. For downloaded products that sold after the 7th, you would be paid in the following month.
Courses and all other products are paid out after the 30-day guarantee has past.
We do this to discourage those \"negative energy\" type people who might try to take advantage of our generosity.

| #7 Question: Can you provide an example of the different tier payouts? |
Answer: We'd be glad to!
Let's say you send a referral to our site and the visitor sells a $100 product using your affiliate ID. You would earn $10.00. (10% of $100).
Now, let's say you signed up Susie Swiss as an affiliate under your Affiliate ID. Suzie sends a visitor to us who buys the same $100 product. Suzie would earn the $10.00 commission (10% of $100) and you would earn $2.00 (2% of Suzie's sale.)
Let's say you sell a digital download product carrying a 25% commission that was $100. You earn $25.00.
If Suzie sells the same product, both she and you earn $25.00 each! |
| #8 Question: Why is there a different affiliate percentage for products and services versus digital downloads? |
Answer: Products and services require additional overhead from us. We have to pay someone to do the service work, or we spend money to produce physical products. Therefore, we can't offer the same commission for these purchases or we wouldn't be in business very long!
Digital downloads do not carry the same overhead that products and services do, so we can offer a higher commission rate.

| Answer: MICE's Unbeatable Guarantee is 30-days for regular products and 7-days for digital downloads. |
| #10 Question: Do affiliates get any special incentives on MICE products and services? |
Answer: MICE offers the following specials to its affiliate members:
-MICE products and services at a discounted rate when we run Affiliate promos from time-to-time.
-You get paid for things you purchase only when you purchase something through your affiliate link that is not on special to affiliates at the time of purchase.
-There are other special "affiliate only" offers being planned that will be free to affiliates.
-There are also specials and promos that will be offered to you at a discounted rate or free.

| #11 Question: What is TIIM (Truth in Internet Marketing)? |
Answer: Truth in Internet Marketing, or TIIM, is an initiative started by MICE to educate Internet consumers about the fraud and untruths in Internet marketing that seems to be getting out of control. We also promote the practice of truth in such marketing.
The way we see it, if you have a decent product or service, there's no reason to scam a customer into buying it. It's negative energy and as the saying goes, "what goes around, comes around!"
With more and more people coming online in record numbers, someone needs to educate them about the pitfalls of the scams and schemes that are available through the World Wide Web. And since MICE's core business is education, we feel it's our duty to do so. |
