Professional Code of Ethics

MICE Training & Technology™, and MICE Training & Education™ a professional training, technology and educational service provider, has adopted the following Code of Ethics in order to maintain consistent quality service, high professional standards, and client satisfaction.

DISCLOSURE & TRUTH IN ADVERTISING

Unless otherwise stated (as in: An UNPAID Endorsement), MICE Training & Technology™ and MICE Training & Education™ receives compensation for its affiliate advertising links.

We are paid a percentage of sales generated when you click from our site to an affiliate and purchase something.

In our reviews of products, we will always state whether or not we receive compensation for the recommendation. (Usually we don't.) But if we really, really, really, like a product that we review, we will sign up for their affiliate program.

We believe in marketing transparency. Meaning: the consumer should be informed when they are being marketed to by someone making money off the recommendation.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

MICE™ or any representative thereof, will not engage in deceptive practices in advertising our products or services.

MICE™ or any representative thereof, will not engage in deceptive practices in advertising affiliate products or services.

MICE™ or any representative thereof, will maintain the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

CLIENT ETHICS

MICE™ and its representative's will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, while meeting or exceeding the terms of our agreement with them.

MICE™ will keep client information, records, and processes confidential. We will use proprietary information only with the client's permission and will not take advantage of confidential client information for ourselves as individuals, the company, or client competitors.

MICE™ will not engage in conflicts of interest with clients. Full disclosure will be made when we offer a proposal and we knowingly are working with a direct competitor. Confidential information known from previous assignments with a direct competitor will remain confidential.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS ETHICS

MICE™ practices Positively Outrageous Service, as described in T. Scott Gross Book by the same name.

AFFILIATE RELATIONS ETHICS

MICE™ acknowledges and appreciates our affiliates and the efforts they put forth to market our products.

MICE™ will always treat our affiliates with respect, fairness, and professionalism.

FEES

MICE™ will agree independently, in advance, and in writing on the basis for our fees and expenses.

MICE™ will disclose to our clients - in advance - any fees or commission that we will receive for equipment, supplies, or services we recommend to our clients.
