Shipping and Delivery Shipment of all products ordered via our online store is shipped from MICE Training & Technology in Algonquin, Illinois, United States of America (USA).
MICE uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic and International deliveries. We do not charge any shipping or handling fee. Insurance is optional.
MICE is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your item has shipped along with a tracking number. The normal turn-around time for packages to be shipped is 3 business days from the confirmation of the order and payment.
MICE is not responsible for shipping delays outside our control, including, but not limited to, the following: - Unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment,
- Delays caused by the USPS,

Back Order/Out of Stock Items We have tried to eliminate the ability to order Back Ordered or Out of Stock items from our store.
If, under some strange, technical glitch (which is not uncommon these days) you should be allowed to order an out of stock or back ordered item, we will immediately refund your payment for that portion of your order plus any applicable shipping charges. International Shipping We accept customers from any country as long as it does not violate any of the US government restrictions covered under the latest list of who they are angry with this year. In short, we cannot violate any laws where the US government has restricted trade. Taxes & Duties According to the State of Illinois, we're not supposed to charge sales taxes until we get our sales tax number. Therefore at the time of this posting, there are no state or local taxes.
When we receive our tax identification and instructions from the state, we will charge the applicable state and local taxes as outlined by the Illinois Department of Revenue for products and taxable goods to Illinois residents.
